Job Opportunity: Strategic Employer Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Placement Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with employers across various sectors in South India. This role is ideal for HR professionals with recruitment/TA background or direct placement aggregators who have a proven track record of delivering on placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain robust employer networks, fostering partnerships that drive student placements across multiple industries.
  • Organize and manage campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to maximize student employability.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market needs, ensuring a seamless transition into the workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette to enhance their overall employability.
  • Maintain accurate employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Explore cross-sector placement opportunities to expand student career prospects and increase retention rates.
  • Implement retention and feedback mechanisms to strengthen employer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate or MBA degree with 4-8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong industry network in South India with a proven ability to meet placement commitments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with employers and stakeholders.
  • Target-driven individual with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting to ensure seamless data management and analysis.
