Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic and operational projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, execution, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors and ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
