As a seasoned leader, we are seeking a professional to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-performing teams in our Data Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and its nuances
  • Analyze the dynamics of the UK & Global markets and their implications on the business
  • Design and optimize digital trading platforms and systems
  • Derive insights from data and placement data using consolidated views

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an Engineering discipline. They will also possess 10-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience.

Technical skills required include data engineering and transformation, data visualization, and exposure to cloud platforms like Databricks on Azure and AWS. The ability to think critically and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business strategy and goals is essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
  • 10-12 years of BI and reporting experience
  • 2-3 years of team management experience
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
