Lead Career Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our career preparation initiatives. As Lead Career Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance students' employability skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies to improve students' resume optimization, cover letter writing, and soft skill development.
  • Provide personalized career guidance and coaching to students, leveraging their strengths and interests.
  • Source and establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to create opportunities for students.
  • Analyze data on placement outcomes and student performance to inform training methods and support services.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Ed-tech or career-tech companies with a track record of successful program implementation.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our office location, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
