We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic business partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and other sales materials to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
