Corporate Business Development Role
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to generate business for Home Loans from corporate clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with salary teams, coordinating marketing/sales/relationship building activities, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase product penetration in existing relationships to enhance value.
- Supervise a team to achieve disbursement targets for Home loans through lead generation and fulfillment.
- Build and consolidate the existing Team of Home Loan specialists.
- Put systems in place and ensure desired quality of Portfolio Client servicing.
- Leverage the corporate network, maintain turnaround times, and ensure proper and timely customer service.
- Enhance distribution, penetration, and reach while maintaining manufacturer relationships.
- Internal stakeholder communication and smooth transactions with Credit and Operations teams.

- Knowledge of competition & current trends in the financial industry.
