Corporate Business Development Role

 

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to generate business for Home Loans from corporate clients.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with salary teams, coordinating marketing/sales/relationship building activities, and achieving targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase product penetration in existing relationships to enhance value.
  • Supervise a team to achieve disbursement targets for Home loans through lead generation and fulfillment.
  • Build and consolidate the existing Team of Home Loan specialists.
  • Put systems in place and ensure desired quality of Portfolio Client servicing.
  • Leverage the corporate network, maintain turnaround times, and ensure proper and timely customer service.
  • Enhance distribution, penetration, and reach while maintaining manufacturer relationships.
  • Internal stakeholder communication and smooth transactions with Credit and Operations teams.
