Sales Executive with Channel Focus

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team at A2ZHIRE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel sales distribution and a passion for technology, with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling laptops, desktops, and PCs in the Kolkata market. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support
  • Drive sales initiatives within the assigned region, focusing on laptops, desktops, and PCs.
Channel Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to enhance sales performance.
Market Research
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences specific to the Kolkata market.
Product Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on product features and specifications to effectively communicate benefits to partners and customers.
Sales Reporting
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Customer Engagement
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product distribution and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Kolkata market and its dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of computer hardware specifications.
