HSTC Operations Coordinator Role

This critical position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs). As an HSTC Operations Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, manage schedules effectively, guarantee compliance, and provide essential tools and processes for efficient exam delivery.

  • Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast to anticipate future needs.
  • Monitor the utilization of HSTCs and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand to meet growing requirements.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events, minimizing impact on candidates and stakeholders while ensuring business continuity.
  • Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a high level of security.
  • Handle requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to the relevant teams to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.
