Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify C&I leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order conversion.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B solar EPC sales with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
