Customer Experience Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team at TIGI HR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving customer issues through ITSM and ticket systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with the team to maintain a healthy and progressive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with application technical support, the ability to quickly understand and analyze customer issues, and skills in Linux, networking, and virtual environments. They should also possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze logs files, networking, and database issues using Linux, networking, or Windows commands.
A Redhat Administration Certification, Database Administration Certification, or Microsoft Administration Certification would be an asset, as well as experience working with SLA and escalations, and databases - relational, time series.
About the JobThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The location for this role is Ahmedabad (WFO).
In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
