Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef with a specialization in multicuisine for a full-time senior position located in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating exceptional culinary creativity and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and design a diverse, multicuisine menu that caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences
  • Manage food inventory, procurement, and cost control, maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff, creating a positive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement restaurant goals and strategies
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
  • Handle customer feedback and special requests, providing a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Specialized and Experienced in Multicuisine (Mandatory skill)
