Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, while also maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and the hotel's culinary standards.
  • Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Work closely with the Director of Culinary to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, as well as a strong understanding of culinary principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
