Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the culinary experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
