Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive Leader to spearhead business growth and expansion through strategic planning, new client acquisition, and effective relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand BPO services, boost revenue, and penetrate new markets.
- Identify, target, and secure high-profile BPO clients across various industries through proactive lead generation and industry networking.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with clients by providing expert advice and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing business development team, set ambitious sales targets, track KPIs, and drive execution across geographies and verticals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BPO market dynamics, customer expectations, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning to tailor offerings effectively.
- Oversee the end-to-end bid process, including proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to maximize win rates and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in BPO business development or enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- In-depth understanding of outsourcing models, SLA/KPI structures, and global delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale BPO deals across geographies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in using CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel extensively for client engagements and industry conferences.
