Operational Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Scheduling
    • Engage with prospective customers daily through email communication.
    • Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and key stakeholders.
    • Draft and respond to emails ensuring prompt and professional interaction.
    • Manage follow-ups and action items to nurture client relationships.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
    • Update and maintain CRM systems with lead information and activities.
    • Perform daily data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
    • Track lead generation and ensure opportunities are not missed.
    • Review pipelines and share updates regularly.
    • Assist in preparing forecasts and dashboards to monitor sales metrics.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
    • Take notes during meetings and capture action items for future reference.
    • Support regular business reviews and track progress.
    • Draft agreements, proposals, and contracts while ensuring compliance.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for enterprise deal requirements.
    • Track partner pipelines and joint initiatives.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership
    • Contribute to content creation and blog posts to build brand awareness.
    • Review contracts and agreements for consistency and alignment.
    • Monitor sales campaigns and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (experience an advantage).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or health tech beneficial.
