
Growth Associate

This role is designed for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growth team as a Growth Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to drive revenue growth, manage partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success principles, with excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Growth Execution
- Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)
- 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
- Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
- High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows
