With expertise in Music Marketing, A&R, Artist Partnerships, and Product Development, we aim to bridge local and global markets for the long-term growth of our clients.Role Overview:We're looking for a full-time Junior Artist Partnerships Associate to join our team in Mumbai, with hybrid work arrangements (some remote work).
In this role, you'll assist in managing artist partnerships, coordinating music releases, and facilitating collaborations between artists and labels.Key Responsibilities:Artist Partnerships: Support the management of artist relationships and collaborations.Music Release Coordination: Assist in coordinating music releases and supporting distribution strategies.Campaign Execution: Help implement and manage marketing campaigns and artist activations.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Passion and knowledge of the music industry.Basic understanding of marketing and event coordination.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.Enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Music Business, Marketing, or a related field.If you're passionate about music marketing and want to contribute to global artist campaigns, we'd love to hear from you
