Job Overview:

  • Lead the veterinary practice for healthcare centers or specializations (e.g., Derma care).
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of associate vets, paravets, and handlers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and networks to solve healthcare management issues for pets.
  • Mentor and career development for top veterinary colleges in India.
  • Bring international standards in pet handling, care, and cure to India.
  • Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.
  • Solve primary preventive, predictive, planned healthcare in India.
  • Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets.
  • Audit reviews and adherence to protocols, processes, workflows in the city.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in veterinary practice.
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental.
  • Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years.
  • Pet parenting experience.
