Job Title: Formulation and Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced chemist to oversee the formulation and quality control of our animal health supplements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary or animal health formulations and experience in setting up production processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize formulations for pet syrups, tonics, and nutraceutical supplements.
  • Select suitable excipients, preservatives, flavors, and stabilizers that are safe for animals.
  • Supervise small-scale batch preparation (mixing, filtration, filling, capping, labeling) for pet health supplements.
  • Train and guide colleagues in step-by-step production.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards for pet product manufacturing.
  • Conduct basic QC tests (pH, clarity, taste/palatability, viscosity, appearance) specific to dogs and cats supplements.
  • Approve/reject incoming raw materials (vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts for pets).
  • Maintain stability samples and quality records.
  • Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry guidelines.
