Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include establishing rapport with potential clients to arrange meetings and negotiate deals, developing new marketing strategies, conducting market research, finding and developing new markets, attending conferences and industry events, creating quotes and proposals, and developing goals and objectives for the development team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for training personnel and helping team members develop their skills and expertise. You will work collaboratively with the team to foster a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that encourages growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and IT fluency skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
