Drive Commercial Revenue and Partnerships
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial revenue and partnerships across luxury fashion, jewellery, high street fashion, e-commerce, and watches categories.
They will ideate, sell, negotiate, and deliver fully integrated programs and value that will live across print, branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
This position requires generating revenue through the said category of clients driven by pure media buying across print/digital as well as solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to create the revenue achievement strategy for the above-mentioned categories.
- Understand individual client needs and prepare solution-based packages that span across the digital, branded content, and our on-ground offerings (events and exhibitions).
- Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, CNCC, and Events teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare digital & video plans and annual budgets for the Company and monitor performance against these plans and budgets.
- Establish positive business relationships with external partners, advertisers, and internal teams to leverage the full breadth of Cond's offerings.
- Keep an eye out for global events/fashion weeks and explore collaborations and revenue-generating opportunities.
People & Team Management:
- Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell).
- Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding, experiential (Events & Exhibitions), video, and digital.
- Team Management and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Negotiation & Selling Skills.
- Agency and Advertisers Connect.
- Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and media planning process.
- A well-rounded exposure to the luxury advertising business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fashion and lifestyle.
- Knowledge of global events around Fashion & Luxury.

Qualification and Experience:
- Post Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- Relevant Experience: 13+ years.
