About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential supermarkets and developing winning sales strategies to maximize revenue from each partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and Conquer: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key supermarkets.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and strong connections with supermarket decision-makers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Sales Strategy: Craft and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle any challenges faced by our supermarket partners swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and successful collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Champion: 3-5 years of experience crushing sales targets and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Leadership: Experience motivating and coaching a team of sales executives to achieve peak performance.
- Strategic Mindset: A knack for developing winning sales strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections with clients and partners.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory, with Malayalam proficiency preferred.
