Job Summary


As a Sales Performance Leader at Bitsila - The Future Of Retail | ONDC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.



Main Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop effective sales collateral
  • Participate in industry events and build a strong network
  • Identify talents, train, and help the team succeed by achieving the sales target Lead the team by being an example
