Comprehensive Legal Expertise:

We seek a seasoned legal professional to provide unparalleled support in contractual analysis, drafting, and negotiation. This role demands a sharp legal mind with exceptional negotiation skills and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless compliance with applicable regulations.

This key position requires the ability to analyze, elaborate, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including sales, association, consortium, license, commercial agency, purchase, JV, etc.

  • Contractual Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of client Terms & Conditions to identify related risks, particularly on contractual and insurance aspects.
  • Risk Management: Analyze risks and constraints inherent in countries where contracts are executed, coordinating with the Tax Department and HR Department as needed.
  • Solution Development: Search for solutions and develop recommendations to cover or reduce all identified risks, and if necessary, implement them.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage legal conflicts and/or disputes, including supporting external law firms when required.

  • Contract Negotiation: Provide input to the business to ensure contracts are negotiated to safeguard our interests at all times.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of operating and decision-making methods, global vision, and company constraints.
  • Drafting and Analysis: Possess excellent drafting and analytical skills for all types of legal documents, particularly contracts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institute.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in this field or similar.
  • Skills: Strong commercial and contractual experience, excellent negotiation skills, and fluency in English (oral and written).
