As a Business Development Director for Ad Sales, you will lead our ad sales and marketing efforts in the advertisement industry. This role involves expanding our ad film business and enhancing the company with a focus on advertisements, ad films, corporate films, and brand promotions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in business development of ad sales.
- Proven sales success and client management skills in the field of advertisement.
