Export Sales Professional - FMCG

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an export sales professional. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EXIM laws and regulations, with a proven track record of managing sales targets of at least 5 crore monthly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage market spendings (trade activations) and ROI to maximize revenue.
  • Travel to export markets upon requirement to establish strong relationships with distributors and stockists.
  • Oversee the management of distributors across Asia or Africa, ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement budgeting, financials, and value chain models to optimize business performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B business, sales orders cycle, and experience in managing top-performing teams. Additionally, they should possess advanced MS skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, and be able to turn challenges into opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in export sales with a focus on FMCG.
  • Expertise in EXIM laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced MS skills.
