Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Workstore Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and prospects.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers through various methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- A track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
