Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Planet Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that values innovation and customer satisfaction. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role:

  • Identify and acquire new franchisees for Prestige exclusive stores in identified towns
  • Make cold calls and locate potential franchisees across local markets
  • Handle the entire process from franchisee acquisition to store setup
  • Monitor performance on parameters like transaction value, loyalty program enrollment, and redemption

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets while maintaining store outstanding
  • Regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Implement marketing initiatives to improve sales and drive footfalls
  • Conceptualize and execute retail activations to boost sales

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in General trade (Freshers with good academics can apply)
  • Candidate should have done all education in full-time with aggregate scores of 50% or above
  • Salary will be 25% hike on current CTC for this role

Location: All Over Mumbai

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹3-4 LPA (TSE) & ₹5.5 LPA (TSO)
