Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities for existing accounts and new business development.">
  • Participate in new business brainstorms and contribute to proposals under senior management guidance.">
  • Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to junior staff, fostering teamwork and inclusive environments.">
  • Provide continuous feedback and monitor team member performance, ensuring recognition and resolution of concerns.">
  • Develop junior staff in account management, media contacts, and strategies.">
  • Manage financial administration duties, including billing, time tracking, and budget reporting.">
  • Ensure accurate documentation and resource allocation for agency operations.">
  • Utilize Burson's intranet and resources, maintaining a professional profile and contributing to recruiting top talent.">
  • Adhere to confidentiality agreements and the company code of ethics.">
  • Pursue graduate or postgraduate degrees in relevant fields, such as Law, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Business & International Affairs, and Communications.">
  • Acquire 10+ years of experience in tech policy and/or FMCG policy, specializing in policy communications and advocacy work with think tanks and key opinion leaders.">
