Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive process improvement in procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies.
  • Coordinate early supplier involvement in product design to optimize quality and manufacturability.
  • Establish goals with suppliers for timely material delivery.
  • Resolve shortages and escalate issues as needed.
  • Represent supplier business management on cross-functional commodity teams.
  • Work with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop presentations and process flow charts for continuous process improvement projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain Management experience managing global suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing agreements and contracting.
  • Experience in developing and improving supplier performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP familiarity (SAP experience preferred).
