Klaviyo Expert

We are hiring a Klaviyo Expert (SMS Technical Manager) with 3–5 years of experience in the fashion/clothing e-commerce industry for our Mohali branch. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who has hands-on expertise in Klaviyo SMS & email automation and understands the technical as well as strategic side of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Klaviyo SMS campaigns, flows, and automation for fashion e-commerce.
• Handle technical setup, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance.
• Develop and execute personalized SMS strategies to drive conversions and customer retention.
• Work on integrations with Shopify/other e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for content, design, and targeting strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports with recommendations.
• Stay updated with SMS marketing best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Klaviyo Expert (SMS/Email Technical Manager) in the fashion/clothing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SMS flows, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Technical expertise in Klaviyo integrations, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Familiarity with international fashion brand requirements (US/Global markets) is a plus.
