Oracle SCM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our Oracle E-Business Suite users.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle SCM, with experience in supporting global supply chain environments. They will be responsible for carrying out production support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance, as well as supporting and implementing various Oracle Applications modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out production support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance
  • Supporting and implementing Order Management, PO, Advance Pricing, Configurator, Warehouse Management System i-Procurement, isupplier, Inventory
  • Providing expert skills in Support, Problem resolution, Investigation and Communication with Customers
  • Defining future business processes around Oracle Supply Chain modules
  • Gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
  • Developing training material and application documentation
  • Educating business users
  • Providing guidance in data preparation and migration
  • Identifying and testing application patches prior to promotion to production

Requirements:

  • 9 plus years' experience with Oracle ERP, at least 7 + years' experience with Oracle R12, 11i E-Business Suite in a Global Supply Chain environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or equivalent Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and verbal skills
