Global Supply Chain Director

Orbit & Skyline is a leading organization seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in defining metrics, monitoring supplier performance, and evaluating quality. They will also be responsible for setting performance benchmarks and identifying risks associated with supplier selection.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve complex problems and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials.
- Represent the supply chain function on cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing global suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing agreements and contracting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Skillset: Creative thinking, solid written/oral communication skills, good understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, strong MS Office skills, ERP familiarity (SAP experience preferred).
