Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out production support for the global Oracle ERP instance for internal business users.

  • Knowledge of business scenarios with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO (Configure to Order), PTO (Procure to Order) SATO.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management business processes and Oracle configurations/functional module setups.
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and effectively communicate functional material to end-users and management.
  • Define future business processes around Oracle Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding requirements specifications.
  • Full Systems Development Life Cycle experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Ability to work in a demanding user environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop training material and application documentation as required.
  • Provide guidance in data preparation and migration.
  • Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production.
  • Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • 9 plus years' experience with Oracle ERP, at least 7+ years' experience with Oracle R12, 11i E-Business Suite in a global supply chain environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and verbal skills.
