Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Supplier Business Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions to inform supply chain strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on direct and indirect materials and services.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing agreements and contracting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
