We are seeking a seasoned Bancassurance professional to drive sales through our partner bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with our bancassurance channel.
- Promote insurance products through our network of bank branches.
- Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads for insurance sales.
- Achieve sales targets and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Organize regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to grow the business.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to succeed in this role.
