About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at Dreamstel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage pricing, deal pricing, and other sales proposal activities
  • Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position, and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy
  • Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in mobile/web development

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience carrying targets and achieving deals in business applications or technology sales
  • Experience in Salesforce and other CRM
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Techno-functional bent of mind

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
