At Antal International, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our efforts in the Indian market. This exciting opportunity is part of our ongoing expansion into innovative antimicrobial technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by introducing cutting-edge technologies to key partners and customers. Your expertise in selling chemicals and active ingredients to coatings and cosmetics companies will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and engage with coatings and cosmetic companies to promote antimicrobial solutions.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the region.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy:
    • Gather market insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Provide support and product education to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of Nanosono's offerings.
  • Collaboration with Headquarters:
    • Work closely with the international team to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and technical requirements.
    • Provide regular updates, including sales forecasts and market trends.
  • Regulatory and Compliance:
    • E nsure products comply with local regulations and standards for the coatings and cosmetics industries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in chemicals or active ingredients for coatings and cosmetics companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the coatings and cosmetics industries, including key players, trends, and challenges in India.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to explain product functionalities and benefits.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English and relevant regional languages.
