About This Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to take over qualified leads and conduct discovery calls with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams.
  • This professional will create compelling proposals and manage commercial negotiations to drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding.
  • Nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement is crucial for success.
  • Travel may be required for business/client engagements across locations as needed.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to win trust and handle complex conversations.
  • A highly organized individual with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models is essential.
  • An analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and an MBA in Finance and Marketing would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling is necessary.
  • A proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently is expected.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously is preferred.
