Senior Business Development Executive

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Make proactive calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
- Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts efficiently.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets consistently.
- Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills are essential.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is required.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups is necessary.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions is vital.
