Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers, driving revenue growth, net gross profits, and customer satisfaction through the development of deep relationships with key stakeholders in the supplier organization and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supplier-specific initiatives to enhance business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and vendors.
  • Oversee the execution of credit management, order processing, and AR collections to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Drive operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with existing BDMs to leverage market insights and develop new market opportunities.
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop sales competencies and facilitate deal closures through hands-on coaching and involvement.
  • Coordinate supplier-provided technical and sales training for partners on new products and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Master's or postgraduate degree in sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (required).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in English and a local language.
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • On-call availability required as necessary.
  • Professional, office environment.
  • Frequent travel required (50%).
