Business Development Manager- Autodesk

Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is the primary interface between SYNNEX's customers and suppliers. This role is responsible for executing the suppliers' strategy and overseeing the complete sales cycle to maximize revenue, net gross profits, and customer satisfaction. This is achieved by developing deep relationships with key individuals in the supplier organization and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supplier-specific initiatives to enhance business growth.
- Engage with channel partners and vendors to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Execute credit management, order processing, and AR collections to ensure smooth operations.
- Focus on operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Learn from existing Business Development Managers to identify market potential and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales competencies and close deals through hands-on involvement and coaching.
- Coordinate supplier-provided technical and sales training on new products and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
- Master's degree or Postgraduate degree in Sales or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication and writing skills in English and a local language.
- Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Negotiation and sales skills to close transactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Build effective working relationships with others.
- Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Basic computer system application skills.
Working Conditions:
- Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Professional, office environment.
- Frequent travel required (50%).
