
D2C Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven marketing professional to help scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spends for maximum ROI, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Build full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C brands, focusing on awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
- Conversion & Growth Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad funnels to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
- Audience & Market Research:
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Collaboration & Creative Direction:
- Work with creative teams to guide ad content, including videos, static ads, user-generated content, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
- Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok/Snapchat, Amazon, and others.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, such as GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Data Studio.
- Deep knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, and attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with significant ad spends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Growth-oriented with a test, learn, and scale mindset.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive in solving problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
