Job Opportunity: D2C Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven marketing professional to help scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing paid media campaigns, optimizing ad spends for maximum ROI, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
    • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C brands, focusing on awareness, consideration, and conversion.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content, including videos, static ads, user-generated content, and influencer collaborations.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
    • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok/Snapchat, Amazon, and others.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools, such as GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Data Studio.
    • Deep knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, and attribution modeling.
    • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with significant ad spends.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
