Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving paid campaign success on Meta and Google platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet brand standards and performance goals.

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance. Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Drive paid campaign success on Meta and Google platforms by developing and managing campaigns.
  2. Campaign Optimization: Enhance campaign performance through keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  3. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests.
  4. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using performance tools.
  5. Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets.
  6. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  7. Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tools and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Understanding: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
