Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our Human Resources function as a Global Business Services Manager.

This role will serve as a pivotal partner in the transition phase and an operational delivery manager post-transition, driving process transformation, technology enablement, and data requirements for our enterprise migration to GBS within the region.

  • Partner with business and HR functions to support process definition and drive planning execution of enterprise migration.
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, global process owners, and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee readiness activities, including knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources management
  • Strong understanding of process transformation, technology enablement, and change management principles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
