
Sales Territory Developer

To succeed in this role, you will need to expand the distribution network within a designated territory. This involves managing existing dealer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will be able to meet daily requirements by obtaining orders from dealers as per assigned targets. They must also collect payments, reduce outstanding amounts, and ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
Maintaining clear accounts with dealers is crucial, as is expanding the network through new dealers. Regular meetings with influencers, such as architects and building contractors, will be necessary to drive business development.
The chosen candidate should also be able to promote our products effectively at sales points and fill daily reports in CRM systems. Additionally, they must strive to achieve targeted reach numbers within their territory.
Lastly, the successful candidate will participate in training newly recruited team members and assist the Area Sales Manager in specific tasks.
