About the Role
  • This position involves supporting senior team members in managing client accounts on a daily basis.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and communicate them effectively to our internal teams.
  • Responsibilities include preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings as well as monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
