Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Client Onboarding Specialist to be our first point of contact for prospects. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and effectively communicate our products and services.

  • As our initial friendly voice, you will turn marketed leads into meaningful conversations and schedule walkthroughs that matter.
  • You will develop a thorough understanding of our offerings and clearly explain them to prospects.
  • Proactively answer inbound calls and work on enquiries via form submissions from clients' end within minimum possible time.
  • Maintain a strong presence of mind and decisiveness in qualifying leads, influencing customers to choose coworking solutions.
  • Address potential client questions, manage follow-up calls, and nurture leads.
  • Identify business prospects and assign them to sales team immediately for further coordination, ensuring proper lead qualification.
  • Adapt quickly to process changes and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene.
  • Suggest improvements to the marketing team.
  • Determine when to nudge and when to wait, converting only warm and hot leads for sales. Keep CRM clean and calls unmissed.
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team regarding leads.
  • Follow up like a pro, bringing hesitant prospects closer to 'yes.'
  • Prepare smart sales reports and spot ways to improve our process.
