Smooth Onboarding Specialist

Our organization seeks an accomplished and meticulous onboarding specialist to oversee the seamless integration of new customers with our SaaS product. This role entails coordinating data migration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer onboarding sessions to facilitate efficient product adoption and integration.
  • Assist in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
  • Maintain documentation for onboarding processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with expertise in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
