Platform Support Expert

Job Summary:

  • Provide live chat and email support to a global user base for a financial technology platform.

About the Role:

  • We're seeking an experienced Platform Support Expert with strong technical skills to deliver exceptional customer service via live chat and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner using live chat and email.
  • Guide users through platform features, onboarding, and best practices to ensure optimal usage.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and up-to-date help content.
  • Troubleshoot product issues independently using internal tools, resources, and platform expertise.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Manage concurrent chats and emails efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as IT or customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently and learn new products and workflows quickly.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information simply.
  • Prior experience supporting SaaS products or fintech platforms is highly desirable.
  • Able to navigate and understand complex software systems.
  • Familiarity with finance and trading is a plus.
  • Basic Excel proficiency and comfort with data analysis.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours aligned with US time zones.
